Non Exective Director (NED) / Trustee

We are able to give subjective support and advice based on not being part of the day to day running of the organisation and bring the experience of working at senior levels in large corporates, small and medium enterprises across many sectors including, public, private, defence and not for profit. 

We operate at board level, advising and helping you achieve your business strategy. While the role of a NED / Trustee is usually broader we can also offer more specific specialisations such as sales and presales strategy, go to market strategy, technology strategy, organisational strategy and operational service delivery strategy. 

We will tailor the role to meet your needs, this could include the mentoring and coaching of peers and company employees.
